Parents, partners & families
The reassurance you need

We don’t take the responsibility of looking after your loved one lightly. We’re committed to working closely with those, like you, who know them best, providing both nurse-led complex care and carer-led social care that promotes independence, dignity and choice.

Getting it right before we start

Before our carers begin work, a care coordinator will create a bespoke plan for you. This will outline the support preferences for your loved one.

We think it’s vital for everyone’s peace of mind that partners and families are provided with clear planning that covers every detail from the outset. The aim will always be to use the skills and experience of our expert team to keep on supporting your loved one in their own home.

Experts in care

Our team will move heaven and earth to ensure our service users receive the highest quality of care, backed up by a team of clinical leads when required. We know you’d only ever feel comfortable putting your loved one in the hands of people you truly trust. Rest assured, our reputation for excellence has taken many years to build and our team work hard to protect it daily with their dedication, compassion and commitment.

You’re an expert too

When a family member has been the primary carer, the transition to a care provider can be emotionally difficult. We understand that families are usually the experts in these circumstances, and we’ll work with you to learn routines and nuances to allow continuity of care. We’ll also make sure you feel part of the ongoing care provision. if that’s what you’d like.

Available 24/7

Our on-call service is run by experienced care providers who know the service users and their families and can offer practical support at all times. Our clinical and operational teams are key to maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their families.

Following the first contact, we’ll introduce the appointed team, and they’ll remain in close, regular contact with you throughout. All our processes are based on the belief that a familiar face or voice is always better than having to deal with a stranger.
