What the CQC offers
CQC are the independent regulator of health and social care in England, keeping us all on our toes. They ensure health and social care services provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care and they’ll always make suggestions for improvements, whenever needed.

So what does our overall rating of ‘Good’ mean for you? In a nutshell, it’s a stamp of approval that provides you with the reassurance that our standards of care meet the latest requirements; and then some. The rating covers all kinds of criteria such as how tailored the care is, treating service users with the dignity and respect they deserve, and helping them live as independent lives as possible.
