Frequently asked questions

The questions we’re asked most. If yours isn’t here, tell us about the case and we’ll answer it directly.

Often within a few days of the discharge or funding decision, and same day where a case is genuinely urgent. At the first call we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic for your case rather than promise a date we can’t hold.

We currently cover Yorkshire, the North East and the North West, and we’re adding regions as we grow. Tell us the postcode and we’ll confirm cover for that area, and if we can’t reach it yet we’ll say so.

Ventilation and tracheostomy, spinal and neurological, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), learning disability and autism, mental health and children’s complex care, among others. If the need isn’t listed it’s still worth asking, because complex is what we’re set up for.

Yes, we’re registered with the Care Quality Commission and inspected like any other provider. We’re happy to share our current rating and the full reports when you ask.
