We provide complex care at home for adults and children. We take the cases that are hard to place: high-acuity, often round-the-clock packages that would otherwise sit in a hospital bed. If you have another complex need, tell us about it and we’ll give you an honest view of what’s possible.
Areas of specialism
A selection of the conditions we support, across adults and children. Each links through to the clinical detail.

ICU-level care at home for adults with the most complex needs, delivered by carers trained for the specialism and led by our nurses. We cover long-term ventilation and tracheostomy, spinal and neurological, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), learning disability and autism, mental health, and supported living.

Specialist care at home for children and young people, with a paediatric team trained to the child’s specific clinical needs. We cover paediatric ventilation and tracheostomy, complex and continuing care, children’s supported living, and transition to adult services.
Every package is designed, mobilised and governed by our team. Each case is assessed by a qualified nurse, who writes the care plan and risk assessment, trains the staff to the case and troubleshoots the package day to day to keep it safe and stable over time.

We usually mobilise a new package within about two weeks, and same day on a working day where a case is genuinely urgent, because onboarding is always running in the background. Where a package is in crisis we can move in, stabilise it and hold it safely while the longer-term plan is agreed.

Complex is what we’re set up for. If the need isn’t listed it’s still worth asking. Send us the case and we’ll come back within one working day, same day on a working day if it’s urgent.
