Complex care work, with real training
This is hands-on care for adults and children with complex needs, in their own homes. It is more skilled than generic home care, the training is real and paid, and because it is complex care, the pay is higher too. Some care experience helps, and we will train and upskill you fully in the specialism.
Competitive pay that reflects the skill of complex care, with paid training behind you.
You will support one person or family, so you get to know them well rather than rushing between calls. Depending on the package, that can include personal care, moving and handling, medication support, and specialist care you will be trained for, like PEG feeding, seizure support or ventilation.

You will get the Care Certificate and condition-specific training, then a clear path if you want it, from carer to senior carer and into specialist complex care.
The application takes about five minutes on your phone. The person who calls you leads your recruitment and keeps you informed, and every successful candidate has a meet and greet with our Care Coordinators.
