Emissions reduction targets

We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 149.77 tCO2e by 2027.

This is a reduction of 40.69%.

In the future we will implement the following measures:

• Replacing the company cars as they come up for renewal with Hybrid and fully Electric vehicles
• Offer cycle to work schemes and support for other methods using public transport.
• Companywide education of ways to reduce our carbon footfall
• Engagement with our supply chain to ensure that they have a cardon reduction plan
• Ensuring that all business travel is well thought through and using carbon friendly methods
• Increase our recycling
• Reduce the use of electricity and support with other forms of renewable energy incl solar panels etc.
• Review carbon offsetting projects for future investment

This is the first reading we have taken, so this sets the baseline for future reductions.

Declaration and Sign Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard13 and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting14.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard15.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
