For over 20 years, our unique people-first approach to Healthcare and Homecare has enabled us to go from strength-to-strength. So much so that we are now one of the most accredited healthcare recruitment agencies in the UK.
Key NLG milestones
2001
Company founded.
2002
First major contract win, becoming sole supplier of theatre staff for NHS Doncaster and Bassetlaw Trust.
2004
Our first vented client, a 3-year-old child.
2005
Become authorised suppliers to the NHS through national frameworks and we have retained this status ever since.
2006
First healthcare agency in the UK to achieve REC Audited status.
2008
Register with Care Quality Commission.
2012
Successfully implement a managed service supply to three large NHS Trusts, saving them over £3M a year.
2012
First adult client with Complex Care.
2018 – 2023
In just five years, we expanded from supporting four service users to over 60.
