Complex care at home for adults
We look after adults whose needs are too complex for standard domiciliary care: ventilation and tracheostomy, spinal and neurological conditions, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), learning disability and autism, and mental health. Around 85% of the people we care for are adults. Care is nurse-led, and where a case needs it we staff two carers to one person, around the clock.
Areas of specialism
If the need isn’t here, tell us about the case.

Adults being discharged from a tertiary unit whose home needs a wraparound clinical team. Packages that have broken down and need stabilising. Long-running cases where continuity and safety matter more than anything. We take NHS Continuing Healthcare, local authority, personal health budget, insurer and case-managed referrals, including packages set up through deputies and the Court of Protection.

AE, 39, adult ventilation package

The care they want from people they’re happy with, kept safely at home.
A stable package that doesn’t come back with problems, and admissions avoided. We measure it through service-user and staff surveys, annual reviews and stable clinical status.
Every adult package runs under named clinical leadership, with our nurses supervising the carers who deliver the care. A qualified nurse assesses each case, writes the care plan and risk assessment, liaises with the multidisciplinary team, and holds the clinical governance for the case.

Send us the case and we’ll come back within one working day, same day on a working day if it’s urgent.
