The value beyond the package
Complex care done well has a wider value: people kept out of hospital, families kept together, and skilled jobs created in the communities we work in. This page sets out that value honestly, and what we are doing on the environment and on how we run the business.
Through specialist complex care delivered in people’s own homes, we help reduce avoidable hospital admissions, support safe and timely discharge, and reduce out-of-area placements — keeping people safe, settled and independent for longer. Every hour of complex homecare we deliver creates foundational value for people, their families and the wider health and care system.

We recruit and train locally, creating long-term career pathways from Care Worker to Registered Manager and clinical roles. Our teams receive specialist, accredited training — including PEG, tracheostomy, ventilation and resuscitation competencies, Positive Behaviour Support, and autism and learning-disability training. Our online training is accredited through Healthier Business and aligned with Skills for Care, and we are the only accredited provider in the area delivering De-escalation Management training.
How we run the business

We work to reduce our environmental impact through localised staff scheduling that minimises travel time and cuts our carbon footprint, alongside local recruitment and supply chains that keep journeys short. Our approach is set out in our Carbon Reduction Policy.

We operate under nurse-led clinical governance, with safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion embedded across recruitment, training and service delivery. Our social value framework is aligned to the Procurement Act 2023, the National TOMs and the NHS Social Value Model. For our full governance and information-governance documents, please contact our team to arrange access.
If you need our social value evidence for a procurement, we can provide it in the format you score against.
