Registered Nurses

Nursing where you’ll use your skills

Complex care at home is one-to-one clinical work: ventilation, tracheostomy, spinal and neurological conditions, paediatric complex care. You lead the package, supervise the carers and have the time to give the care properly, with real clinical governance behind you rather than a marketing claim.

The Work

What the role involves

You will lead and clinically supervise complex packages in the community, working closely with our Director of Clinical Operations and the wider clinical team.

Assessing, Care Planning and Risk Assessing

Training and Supervising the Care Team

Liaising with the MDT and the Funder

Keeping the Package Safe and Stable Day to Day

What You Get

Support, not just a caseload

Real Clinical Leadership

Named leadership to report to, with proper supervision and peer support.

A Realistic Caseload

The time to give good care, not a stretched rota.

Pay and CPD

Competitive pay, benchmarked against comparable NHS and agency rates, plus CPD.

Progression

Room to grow

As we grow, so do the senior clinical and leadership roles, with genuine progression for those who want it.

Apply

Talk to a clinician

The application takes a few minutes, and part of the process is a proper clinical conversation with a senior nurse, not a one-click form. We come back to every application quickly.
