DESCRIPTION

Due to our rapid and exciting growth we are currently recruiting for Complex Care Support Workers in Hull and the Surrounding areas.

As a Complex Care Support Worker you will be supporting people to live in their own homes and/or their family homes to achieve and improve their quality of life.

You will be passionate about working in a patient centred environment with Service Users with a variety of Complex needs.

WORKING HOURS

• 12-hour day
• 12- hour waking nights
• Permanent assignments available on a 4 / 3 roster working

Required

Full UK driving license
Have access to own vehicle

*If you have already have clinical skills complex care management this is an advantage, however individualised induction training will be given to the successful candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Experience in working with individuals with Complex care needs for at least 6 months
You must The ability to communicate clearly with vulnerable people and their families.
Competent IT skills in order to update Care Planner app 
You must have an interest in people and a commitment to helping others.
